Philosophy
LEPAGE conceives its business with the greatest respect for its customers, employees and suppliers. This core value and our family know-how have been passed down from generation to generation since 1922 and are reflected every day in the exercise of our business in ethical, social and environmental terms.
This ethical charter formalizes our commitments.
A responsible supply and production chain
The precious goods used by LEPAGE are mainly gold, diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, fine stones and palladium. We travel throughout France and the world to find the most beautiful products and to identify the best practices of our supply chains, ensuring that they are part of a responsible and sustainable approach. This approach, initiated several years ago, is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), an international organization for the jewelry industry in terms of social, ethical and environmental practices.
LEPAGE diamonds are traceable from the mine through the cutting, trading and setting processes and are therefore certified according to the Kimberley Process.
An exemplary social policy and values shared by all our employees
The LEPAGE Group and its employees are committed to operating in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. Our goal is to fulfill our responsibility to our planet and our employees by making a positive contribution to the communities in which we live and work. As a member of the RJC since 2019, LEPAGE Group conducts its business in accordance with the current RJC Code of Practice (hyperlink: https://www.responsiblejewellery.com/wp-content/uploads/RJC-COP-2019-V1-1-Standards-1.pdf). We are committed to integrating ethical, social and environmental values into our day-to-day operations, in our decision-making processes, on each of our creations as well as throughout our supply chain.
LEPAGE and the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)
Our desire to establish the ethical conscience of Maison LEPAGE materialized in 2019 when we joined the Responsible Jewelery Council and then our first certification obtained during the first half of 2022. We have thus worked actively on all social, environmental and ethical issues to increase our corporate responsibility in the world of Jewelry.
In 2021, after our success in RJC certification, we intend to develop a line from our LEPAGE collection in 2023 with 100% recycled gold.
